Returns & Exchanges Policy

Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items (During Transit)

If your product is damaged during delivery, please keep the packaging and the product, and contact our Customer Service Representative via WhatsApp at +852 8491 2057 or email customer_service@bioeffect.com.hk.

Please provide your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and photos of the item(s) so that we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible and collect the damaged item(s).

Please note that you should not return any item(s) without contacting us first. We do not accept any returns or exchanges that have not been notified to us or approved by us in advance. Our Customer Service Representative will advise you on the return procedure and provide the return address and return method. For returns or exchanges due to the reasons stated above, BIOEFFECT HK will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement.

Return Timeframe

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Important Notes

• If any item within a set is damaged, please return the entire set. We are unable to replace individual items from a set.
• Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including original packaging and seals. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened or used.
• Your receipt must be included in the return package.

Returns & Exchanges for Personal Reasons

If you would like to request a refund or exchange for personal reasons within 7 days of receiving your order, the item(s) must be in the same condition as received (e.g. original packaging, unopened, and resalable). We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened or used.

Please email our Customer Service Representative at customer_service@bioeffect.com.hk immediately after receiving your order. Our Customer Service Representative will provide you with detailed instructions. Please include your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and photos of the item(s).

Return and exchange requests are only applicable to products purchased on bioeffect.com.hk. Products purchased at retail counters are not eligible for return or exchange under this policy.

Refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping fees related to returns or exchanges are not refundable in cases of returns for personal reasons.

Once the returned product(s) are received, BIOEFFECT HK will process the refund or exchange within 14 business days, and confirmation will be sent via email.

Important Notes

• To ensure the parcel is securely sealed, please use safe and protective packaging.
• If you return your parcel via your local post office or courier service, please request proof of postage. If your parcel is lost or damaged, you may use this proof to submit a claim.
• BIOEFFECT HK is not responsible for any lost or damaged returned parcels.
