Delivery Method

Shipping & Customs

BIOEFFECT HK offers delivery to Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Taiwan SAR, and Mainland China. Orders shipped to Hong Kong and Macau typically arrive within 1–3 business days, while orders to Taiwan SAR and Mainland China may take 7–14 business days.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from BIOEFFECT HK. Once your order has been dispatched, BIOEFFECT HK will send you a shipping confirmation email. If any items are out of stock or if there is a potential delay in delivery, BIOEFFECT HK will contact you via email.

Shipping Fees & Courier Services

  • A shipping fee of HKD 80 applies to orders below HKD 1,000

  • Macau SAR: JD Logistics

Customs Duties & Import Fees (Mainland China)

Orders shipped to Mainland China may be subject to import fees, including customs duties and other taxes. BIOEFFECT HK has no control over these charges and assumes no responsibility for them. If you have any questions regarding import fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

Taiwan SAR Cross-Border Shopping Notice 

In accordance with Taiwan SAR customs regulations, imported goods may be subject to customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), and other applicable taxes and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. BIOEFFECT HK does not pay these charges on behalf of customers and is unable to estimate the exact amount in advance.

Once the shipment reaches customs, the local courier or customs authority may contact the recipient to request documentation required for customs clearance (such as identification documents and proof of purchase). Please cooperate promptly to avoid delays.

Tax rates and duty-free thresholds may vary depending on product categories. Customers are advised to check the latest regulations via the official Taiwan SAR customs website or relevant tax authorities before placing an order.

If a parcel is returned due to customs duty issues, BIOEFFECT HK will discuss a solution with you based on the specific circumstances. Any round-trip shipping costs and customs-related risks shall be borne by the customer.
