Eligibility to Purchase
Only individuals who meet all of the following requirements may place orders through the BIOEFFECT HK Customer Service Centre or via this website: (a) adults who have reached the legal age of majority (18 years old); (b) individuals with full legal capacity to enter into a contract; and (c) individuals residing in the People’s Republic of China (including Taiwan SAR, Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR).
If you have not reached the legal age of majority, or if you are otherwise not legally able to enter into a contract, your parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf and agree to these Terms of Sale.
By placing an order through the Customer Service Centre or via this website, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing as a good-faith end user only and that you will not deliver, resell, or distribute BIOEFFECT HK products, nor purchase BIOEFFECT HK products for any commercial purpose or other business benefit.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on this website or quoted by the Customer Service Centre are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and include applicable taxes. Shipping fees and any other charges (if applicable) will be shown on this website.
BIOEFFECT HK reserves the right to change product prices and shipping fees at any time without prior notice. Updated prices will apply to orders submitted through this website after such changes take effect.
Customer Review and Confirmation of Orders

Order Confirmation
After you place an order on this website or through the Customer Service Centre, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS, which includes details of your order and the selected payment method. The order confirmation includes the order number assigned by BIOEFFECT HK.
The order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order by BIOEFFECT HK.
You may modify your order prior to payment. You may also contact the Customer Service Centre to amend your order or cancel your order prior to dispatch; however, once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. This does not affect any other rights you may have under these Terms of Sale.
Invoice
BIOEFFECT HK can only provide invoices for orders in Hong Kong. Please ensure that you enter your email address accurately so that you can successfully receive your invoice.
